By accessing or using the website at findlayconcretecontractor.com (the "Site"), or by requesting services from Precision Findlay Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services from us.
Precision Findlay Concrete is a concrete contracting company based in Findlay, OH. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalks, retaining walls, and decorative concrete. Services are subject to availability, project scope approval, and a signed written agreement between both parties before work begins.
All estimates are free and provided in writing following an on-site assessment of your project. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if the scope of work, site conditions, or material costs change materially before work begins.
We do not guarantee pricing based on telephone or email descriptions alone. Prices quoted verbally or in general terms without an on-site assessment are approximations only and are not binding. A signed written contract constitutes the agreed-upon price for a project.
Project start dates are scheduled once a written contract is signed and any required deposit is received. We make reasonable efforts to start and complete projects on schedule. Delays due to weather, material availability, permitting timelines, or conditions discovered on-site are outside our control and may affect the schedule. We will notify you promptly if a delay occurs.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for labor and materials already expended. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project - the specific terms will be outlined in your written contract.
Payment terms are outlined in the written contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due at the time of the final walkthrough unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
We reserve the right to pause or cease work on a project if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule. Outstanding balances that remain unpaid after 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to collection actions. You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, including attorney fees where permitted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and unobstructed access to the work area on all scheduled work days. This includes moving vehicles, clearing personal property, and notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures that were not disclosed to us prior to the start of work.
Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain the necessary permits before work begins. Permit fees, where applicable, will be itemized in your written estimate. We perform all work in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. You are responsible for informing us of any deed restrictions, HOA rules, or easements that may affect the project.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be outlined in your written contract. Unless otherwise stated in a written warranty, we do not guarantee the performance of any work against damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, flooding, ground movement, acts of God, or misuse by the property owner or third parties after project completion.
Normal concrete behavior - including minor surface cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences - does not constitute a defect. Concrete is a natural material subject to variation, and no contractor can guarantee a perfectly uniform appearance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Findlay Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to our services or your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services.
If a dispute arises between you and Precision Findlay Concrete related to services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we have the opportunity to resolve it. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through a direct conversation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
